Browse Putnam 72-Hour Releases

A Putnam County 72 hour release list is most useful as a three-day catch-up view, especially when a weekend or holiday crosses the search period. The sheriff does not offer a one-click feed for people released in the last 72 hours. The closest official method selects released records and searches three calendar dates. It is not a rolling clock window. Putnam County release entries identify when county jail custody ended, but they do not state the exit reason or next destination. A broader date span reduces missed days while still requiring record-level confirmation.

Putnam County Three-Day Releases

PCSO JAIL View supports a released-only search with begin and end release dates. That tool can show a three-calendar-date span, but Putnam County does not publish a separate 72-hour page or saved rolling feed. The portal’s default “BOOKED Last 24 Hours” header tracks bookings, not releases. A user must open Search and choose the correct status and date fields.

The wider span is useful after two days have passed or when a same-day check may have been run before processing appeared. It groups releases by calendar dates. It does not count backward by 72 exact hours from the moment of search, because the public form accepts dates but no times.

A three-date query can include a full first day even when the search is run late on the third day. It can also omit part of the prior day that would fall inside a true 72-hour clock calculation. That is why the chosen dates belong with any saved result. The method gives a reproducible Putnam County date range, while the displayed released timestamp supplies the precise time for each booking found inside it.

State the dates searched. Describe a Putnam result as a three-calendar-date release view. Do not call it an exact rolling 72-hour feed.

Search Putnam 72-Hour Releases

Use the official Putnam County JAIL View. Choose three calendar dates that match the period you need. For example, a Monday review of weekend exits would normally cover Saturday through Monday, not an exact hour count from Monday’s current time. Record the start and end dates with any result.

  1. Open Search and select “Released Inmates Only.”
  2. Set Begin Release Date to the first calendar date in the three-day span.
  3. Set End Release Date to the third calendar date, including both endpoints.
  4. Review Status and the full released timestamp on each booking.
  5. Match booking number, MNI number, photograph, age, charge, agency, and court case.
  6. Save the case number for a court-docket check when the reason for exit matters.

The Putnam County 24-Hour Releases method is better for one same-day calendar check. Both tools use the same portal and both require a released-only filter.

Putnam 72-Hour Release Fields

Each hit is a booking-level record. Its strongest release fact is the timestamp showing when the Putnam County Jail booking ended. The result carries identity and case detail, but it does not visibly give the release method, releasing order, destination, or next custodian. Those missing points require the court file or an agency record request.

Displayed fieldHow to read it
Name and photographConnects the displayed identity to one booking; the image reflects that booking date.
Released status and timestampShows the end of PCSO custody for that booking.
Booking number and MNI numberProvides local identifiers for records and case follow-up.
Booking time and ageHelps distinguish separate events or people with similar names.
Aggregate and charge bondShows historical bond data, not proof of how release occurred.
Charge and court caseLinks the booking to statute, agency, charge, degree, level, and case.

The roster has no reliable community-return field. A transfer may end county custody while another agency takes control. Use narrow wording until the destination is known.

Note: Putnam County’s three-date view can contain several bookings for one person, so compare identifiers and timestamps rather than counting names alone.

Putnam Weekend Release Processing

Putnam’s release schedule makes the three-day approach especially useful around weekends. PCSO identifies weekday release batches at 7:00 a.m., 3:00 p.m., 7:00 p.m., and midnight. Weekend and holiday processing stays on a continuous 24-hour cycle. The cycle can place exits at many points across a three-date span.

The official PCSO processing notice documents that local schedule.

Putnam County weekend and holiday release schedule

The schedule explains why a weekend review should include each calendar date. It does not promise release at a set hour, a fixed portal lag, or an early weekday exit.

Court paperwork, holds, identity checks, property processing, and transfer plans can change the actual time. PCSO publishes no fixed wait duration, exit point, or ride-pickup location. Call 386-329-0800 for current facility instructions rather than relying on an assumed routine.

Putnam Release Range Data Limits

The date filter has three limits. First, it uses calendar dates rather than exact elapsed hours. Second, PCSO states no refresh cadence. Third, the agency promises no online-retention window. Research observed recent timestamps and selected much older entries, but those spot checks cannot support claims of real-time use, a complete start year, or permanent portal access.

No official Putnam sheriff mobile app was verified for release data or photographs. PCSO social and news channels can add context for selected events, but they are not full release logs. The Public Information Office directs general written-record needs to Records.

If a name is absent, check spelling, search both current and released records, and widen the calendar span. A missing hit can result from a name variation, restricted record, different county, state custody, or a record outside the interface. The Putnam County released-inmate lookup path distinguishes county, state, federal, and immigration systems for one named person.

Request Putnam Three-Day Release Records

Florida GS2 provides a firm offline route. Item 22 defines a Commitment and Release List for people booked and released during a 24-hour period and permits “how released” among its fields. To cover three calendar dates, ask PCSO Records for the existing list for each date. That is more precise than asking the agency to create a new 72-hour report.

Detailed booking, commitment/release-list, and incarceration records have a one-anniversary-year-after-release minimum retention, subject to audit release. An agency may keep them longer. The permanent Jail Docket Book can supply a summary fallback when a detailed item is no longer held. These retention rules concern agency copies, not how long JAIL View stays online.

  • List all three exact dates and the full name.
  • Add birth date, booking number, and MNI number when known.
  • Request the release time, method or code, authority, and destination or transfer record.
  • Ask for electronic copies and the statutory basis for any redaction or withholding.

PCSO Records can be reached at records@putnamsheriff.org or 386-329-0822. Mail and in-person requests go to 130 Orie Griffin Boulevard, Palatka, FL 32177. Listed office hours are weekdays from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., excluding holidays. Costs are available by inquiry, and no fixed completion interval is promised.

Putnam Releases and Next Custody

A three-day result establishes the end of a Putnam County Jail booking. It does not always mean a return to the community. The person may have bonded out, received a court release, completed time, or moved to FDC, another county, ICE, or federal custody. JAIL View does not visibly distinguish those paths.

PCSO released
The local booking ended at the displayed time.
Still in custody
The active roster still shows the person under the listed custodian.
Transferred
The county booking ended and another custodian assumed control.
Discharged
The relevant legal control ended, which requires more proof than the county status alone.

For a state-prison matter, use FDC Inmate Release by DC number and then check Supervised Population. FDC does not include a person whose only custody was Putnam County Jail. For a county matter, use the court case and PCSO records request to establish the legal basis and next destination.

Confirm Putnam Three-Day Releases

Start with the exact PCSO timestamp, then follow the case. Putnam Online Court Records can show filed orders or docket entries linked to bond, dismissal, plea, sentence, or time served. The court event explains authority, while the jail timestamp shows when processing ended. A case number does not mean the case itself ended.

When the public sources leave a gap, request the existing booking sheet and release record. Ask for the release method, releasing authority, transfer record, and destination. Florida VINE may add an alert or status for a participating agency, but Putnam jail reporting coverage was not verified on an official PCSO page. It should not replace the county record.

The sound conclusion stays limited to the source: PCSO recorded release from the Putnam County Jail booking on a stated date and time. Add community return, supervision, or transfer only when the next record confirms it.
